They act with sensitivity and in collaboration with you. Our wills, trust and probate team assist across all stages of life and have experience of dealing with highly complex financial arrangements, tax planning, and difficult and complicated estates where personalised solutions are needed as well as the more straightforward instructions. The team also consists of residential conveyancing and personal injury services.
Our Debt Recovery & Insolvency team is one of the leading teams in the country committed to providing excellence through good recoveries and strong compliance being FCA accredited. Their client base varies from large national and blue chip PLCs to owner/managed enterprises throughout the UK. They also represent utility companies and have developed a particular specialism in acting for lenders and debt purchase companies. Our litigation teams support our debt recovery and commercial teams working collaboratively with our clients and adopting a commercial approach to achieve the right result.
