Corporate Social Responsibility

Brachers are committed to ensuring that we take a social and responsible approach that impacts on our surrounding community.

The firm has become involved in the work of many local charities and among our staff there are a number of keen fundraisers.

Our Charitable Trust oversees our donations and requests for support and we also actively sponsor local sporting organisations.

As a business, we are aware that we have an impact on the environment and have re-designed our current practices to minimise harmful impact. We have also recently set up a sustainability committee to ensure we are doing everything we can as a firm, and as individuals, to help sustain our environment.

Our recruitment policies reflect our brand values and experience and we recruit people who fit into our culture and share our values.  Many of our staff have had long careers with Brachers and we feel this reflects the fact that our core values are reinforced at all levels throughout the firm.
