Kent Peoples Trust
We are corporate sponsors of the Kent People's Trust, an initiative created by Kent County Constabulary in association with a number of large employers, to provide opportunities for social inclusion to many different socially disadvantaged groups of people within the Kent community.
It's in the Bag
In Maidstone town centre, Brachers will be financially supporting the push to rid Maidstone of its plastic bags and provide it with paper bag alternatives in the first instance to create an environmentally aware town that cares about rubbish in its community.
The Town Centre Management will be providing the 600 retail outlets of Maidstone with an information pack about how to work towards the town being plastic bag free by March 31st 2009. This will include paper bag examples, facts and figures about how damaging plastic bags are to the environment and the aims of the campaign.
Kicking off
Our latest sporting commitment is to Maidstone Rugby Club where we recently became lead sponsors for the club's extremely competitive Mustangs XV and hope our passion for the sport will help to give the team an even more competitive edge.
