The Brachers corporate team has developed a successful banking practice, securing work from the regional commercial teams of a number of the major clearing banks.
In additional to advising banks and building societies, we also advise corporate and other borrowers on their lending and debt requirements. Our expertise extends from personal guarantees to complex corporate borrowing. We have recently advised a number of clients on refinancings and advised lenders and borrowers on acquisition finance.
On the other side of the fence, we can advise on insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

- 17.5 million refinancing of Planit Holdings PLC
- 2.2 million acquisition finance of a pharmaceutical chain
- 2 million acquisition finance of Kookaburra Sports
- 15.5 million refinancing of a computer component distributor
