The end of 2006 saw the passing of the Charities Act 2006, bringing new opportunities to improve and streamline the operation of new and existing charities.
With increasing accountability on the part of trustees and the need for them to be properly advised and trained there are considerable opportunities for specialist lawyers and we are finding our services increasingly required.
