We have one of the largest Debt Recovery teams in the south and have been consistently ranked in the top band for debt recovery in the region by Chambers UK since 2002.

We represent a large base of companies across a number of sectors, ranging from charge & credit cards to professional services and the transport industry. The team comprises debt recovery specialists whose entire focus is on recovering money for our clients.

What Do We Do?

That we should have invested in sophisticated systems dedicated to collections is a given and they enable us to act efficiently and cost effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

We have however gone one step further and are now able to provide our clients with increasingly vital Management Information Systems which help inform their own businesses. Our clients can also access our debt recovery system via our extranet in order to instruct us on cases, communicate with us or simply update themselves on progress.

Our team works exclusively with businesses to help maximise their collections. We are therefore necessarily extremely commercial and are motivated entirely by the results we achieve for our clients.

Client satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and is regularly measured through seeking both formal and informal feedback. We ask our clients to rate us for a number of issues, ranging from the collections we achieve to the quality of the relationship between our respective teams.
