James specialises in property related disputes and licensing. His experience covers a broad range of disputes including landlord and tenant, ownership and rights over land, nuisance, professional negligence and recovery of possession. He is also the firm’s alcohol and entertainment licensing specialist. James advises NHS Trusts, charities, companies and individuals in relation to all aspects of property related disputes and licensing matters. James is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
