Henry is a former partner and has over 20 years experience of environmental law and has an outstanding reputation in this specialist area of law. He acted in Sage v SSETR and Maidstone Borough Council. He has been recognised by Chambers as a leader in his field for many years. He is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association, Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and is also a member of the Law Society’s Specialist Planning Panel.
Kate joined Brachers in February 2008 and specialises in planning and environmental law. She spent seven years, and also undertook her legal training, at a construction law firm in London then moved to local government in order to gain ‘on the ground’ experience of the planning system.
