Shirley leads our Debt Recovery and Insolvency team and has over 20 years experience in litigation, debt recovery and insolvency. She has previously worked in commerce and local government as well as private practice and has also developed projects dealing with outsourced credit management on a pan European scale.
Shirley's own practice area since joining the firm has been insolvency litigation, advising and representing insolvency practitioners in a variety of contentious matters. Since heading up the team in 2004 she has focused on ensuring that client care is at the heart of its philosophy across all areas of its work.
Tim joined us in 1999 and is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Tim has approaching 30 years experience in the insolvency profession and his work largely involves taking appointments as Trustee in Bankruptcy and Company Liquidator.
Annette is mainly involved in post-insolvency matters, acting for Trustees in Bankruptcy to recover and realise assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate. She also deals with debt recovery and pre-order personal insolvency matters, including defended actions.

Terry Howard, Aylesford
Darren advises on a wide range of human resources issues and also conducts Employment Tribunal, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. He also undertakes court work particularly restrictive covenant claims. He is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate (with Higher Rights of Audience).
Paul is a Legal Executive and initially joined the firm's debt recovery team. Since developing his experience of dealing with defended debt matters, he has also become part of the insolvency team. Paul now acts for and advises Insolvency Practitioner clients in a variety of matters, particularly the contentious aspects involved in the realisation of assets and investigating antecedent transactions.
