Henry is a former partner and has over 20 years experience of environmental law and has an outstanding reputation in this specialist area of law. He acted in Sage v SSETR and Maidstone Borough Council. He has been recognised by Chambers as a leader in his field for many years. He is a member of the UK Environmental Law Association, Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and is also a member of the Law Society’s Specialist Planning Panel.
Kate joined Brachers in February 2008 and specialises in planning and environmental law. She spent seven years, and also undertook her legal training, at a construction law firm in London then moved to local government in order to gain ‘on the ground’ experience of the planning system. Putting that experience to use here at Brachers enables her to offer balanced and insightful advice on the best way forward for our clients.
Bill qualified in 1999 and works in commercial property, including property development and property investment advice. He acts for residential developers and landowners. In the field of investment, he has specific experience of working for institutional property investors and landlords.
Robbie acts for companies involved in mineral extraction and waste management on property transactions.
Sarah qualified in 2000 and deals with general commercial property work, including sales and purchases and acting for both landlords and tenants. Sarah has experience of acting for institutional landlords, government bodies and local authorities.

Eleanora studied history at Durham University before taking a gap year and switching to law by a GDL in Guildford in 2003. She stayed at Guildford to do her LPC and came to Brachers in September 2006. Eleanora has worked in the Family, Environmental & Planning & Private Client teams. She is now working with the Property team.
