Buying and Selling Residential Property

With all the advances of technology over recent years you probably agree with us that the processes involved in buying and selling houses have hardly become quicker, easier or less stressful. Perhaps you find the opposite, that at times there seems just too much information available and the things that are important to you get lost in a mass of ‘’red tape’’.

We aim to cut through the complexities and jargon involved and to explain to you in clear language what steps you need to take, any problems that have arisen and our suggestions of how best to solve them and be transparent with you on how long these might take.

Our experienced residential property team consists of knowledgeable individuals who can help you through the entire transaction from start to finish. We will appoint a qualified lawyer to your transaction who will be your point of contact. You will be able to deal with that person face to face, by phone or e-mail if you prefer and you will be regularly updated.

In most cases we can give you a fixed fee quotation and we will keep you fully informed of how costs stand and if any unexpected expenditure is likely.

We pride ourselves on our personal approach and protecting the interests of our clients is our first priority. We understand our local market, have our ear to the ground on all that matters and go out of our way to deliver the best possible service on each and every transaction we undertake.

Read our residential property brochure for more information.
