At Brachers our Residential Property team is highly experienced in dealing with mortgage lenders. We are on the panels of the majority of UK lenders and act for a wide range of clients in sales and purchases
Lenders have specific and sometimes complex requirements and we work closely with them and you to ensure the transaction goes through in the desired timetable and at a reasonable price.
We offer a competitive remortgage service and also undertake more complex mortgage related work for example where transfers of equity are involved and where acting for a company director offering security to a lender for a personal guarantee.
