Pre and post nuptial agreements
We are able to advise on both pre and post nuptial agreements should couples wish to enter into an agreement as to how their assets should be divided in the event of the relationship breaking down. It is unfortunately the case that some relationships do not turn out the way we would like. These agreements are not currently enforceable in this country however they may carry weight and be taken into account in any future divorce proceedings.
