We will try to avoid wherever possible issuing court proceedings (please see the sections regarding the alternative routes of collaborative law and mediation) but if this is needed, our team has the experience to guide you through this process with practical and constructive advice to enable matters to be resolved as quickly as possible and to bring clarity to your situation.

Our experienced team regularly carries out work for clients who have a high net worth or whose cases are complex. We have particular experience in dealing with individuals who own their own businesses or who have inherited assets. We are able to deal with all matters arising from financial claims including maintenance and pension issues, transfer of jurisdiction, enforcement and freezing injunctions.
