Stephen SmithPartner & Head of Family
Stephen is a partner and Head of the family team where he specialises in high value matrimonial finance cases. Stephen has an extensive background in litigation, including professional negligence matters. He is a member of the Law Society family panel, member of Resolution as well as being a trained Collaborative lawyer. He also has extensive experience in farming and insurance cases and previously worked for a leading national insurer and remains a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
