My Responsibilities

If we take your case on a “no win no fee” we guarantee we will not charge you a penny for our service, win or lose. In return we just ask clients to be fair and honest with us. Under the agreement your responsibilities are not onerous. They are just what you would expect; basically to act fairly and honestly. You should:-

Give us instructions to enable us to work for you properly.
Not ask us to do work in an improper or unreasonable way.
Not deliberately mislead us.
Cooperate with us.
Go to any medical or expert examination or Court hearing.
