What costs will I pay if I win my case?
We offer a completely
free of charge service on a no win, no fee basis. If you win your claim, your legal costs for
our services will be paid by the Defendants or their insurers. We will not make any deductions from your
compensation award for our service (provided you comply with your
responsibilities), so you can be assured you will keep 100% of your
compensation.
