What does "no win no fee" mean?

The term “no win no fee” means that you do not pay any legal fees (provided you act in accordance with your responsibilities). The technical name for this arrangement is “Conditional Fee Agreement”. However if you win your case some claims companies offering a “no win no fee” agreement may deduct sums from your compensation award for their services.

If we act for you on a no win, no fee basis, whether you win or lose your claim we will not make any deductions from your compensation for our service (provided you comply with your responsibilities)
