Will I need to go to any meetings?

We aim to deal with your claim in a way which is most convenient to you. Most people prefer to contact us by telephone, letter or e-mail correspondence to deal with their claim. If you would prefer a face to face meeting with your legal representative we would be happy to meet with you either at our offices in Maidstone or in Central London. If you are unable to come to us to see us face to face we may be able to travel to see you.

In order to support your claim we will need to obtain a medical report in relation to your injuries. This will involve you attending one or more medical examinations with an appointed independent medical expert, although, where possible, we will always try to ensure that the expert is situated within a reasonable travelling distance from your home address and that the appointment is at a time convenient to you.
