Brachers Solicitors, based in Maidstone, has unveiled a re-brand to the name of Brachers Law as of October 1st.
The re-brand has come after an extensive internal consultation with employees and external stakeholders to steer the future of the firm and drive communications forward.
The new brand Brachers Law was launched internally as part of an extensive internal communications campaign for the firm which has 20 partners and more than 200 employees.
On the morning of the launch, employees were greeted at their desks with Brachers’ branded goodies and new guidelines to ensure the brand is communicated effectively throughout the firm.
To mark the occasion, a huge cake featuring the new Brachers Law logo was cut at a staff lunch party by Managing Partner John Sheath.
He commented that “This is another step forward in the history of the firm that keeps us fresh and strong. Our staff are our biggest asset and, with their input into the business plan, this has taken us to the new brand of Brachers Law. It was clear that our staff were keen to be at the heart of this change, and it is a great opportunity to involve our people who are passionate for success as well as gaining valuable input from our loyal clients and stakeholders.”
