Big win for Brachers healthcare portfolio

Local firm Brachers Solicitors healthcare portfolio has been significantly enhanced by their appointment as legal advisers to the prestigious South East Coast NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (CPH). The CPH influences a commercial spend of over £1bn on behalf of 27 organisations and drives maximum value in delivering procurement services and quality improvements. Following a detailed tendering process and presentation, Brachers has been selected as one of only 8 firms to provide advice to NHS bodies in the South East on corporate/commercial, property, employment, NHS governance and public health matters to replace the previous 130 firms involved. Many of Brachers’ existing clients have opted to join the CPH but there are a significant number of NHS Bodies who will now have the option of choosing Brachers as one of their preferred advisers.
