    Jane is a consultant with over 30 years’ experience advising on construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds and development agreements.

    Jane advises developers, contractors, tenants and funders on construction contracts, appointments, collateral warranties and bonds. She has expertise in commercial property, schools and higher education facilities, retail, industrial, housing and utility sectors.

    Jane joined Brachers in 2015. She was previously a Partner and the founding Head of Construction at Cripps before becoming a consultant.

    She is a construction adjudicator on the TeCSA, CIArb  and UK Adjudicators panels. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also a Regional Co-ordinator for the Kent Branch of the Society of Construction Law.
