Clare Lympany

I act for a variety of clients, from individuals to multi-nationals and pride myself on skill and professionalism which enables me to tailor my approach to the specific needs of individual clients.

My background is in civil litigation and since I joined the specialist Debt Recovery and Insolvency team at the firm I have concentrated on a wide range of debt recovery issues, dealing with both defended and undefended cases.

I joined Brachers in December 2007, having previously worked for a firm in Canterbury. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives

In my private life, I enjoy going to live music concerts as often as possible: anything from stadiums to small local venues. However, a burgeoning family means, I fear, that the concerts will have to be put on hold for a while!
