I have over 10 years experience as a specialist employment lawyer. I trained with a leading Kent solicitors firm before moving on to help, found, develop and grow a specialist human resources and employment law business with a nationwide reach and client base. In 2012 I chose to take on a new challenge by bringing my skills and experience to Brachers to compliment their existing highly rated specialist employment law and human resources offering.
I have particular expertise in areas such TUPE and business transfers where I have lectured for several years on a national level for the leading human resources professional bodies. I also have significant skills in the areas of redundancies, reorganisations, the employment aspects of business restructuring and executive terminations having advised national and international corporate clients on such issues. I act on all types of employment tribunal claims including advocacy at hearings. I am known for my practical, common sense approach to problem solving for clients and a sensible approach to risk assessment and management borne from many years working hand in hand with HR professionals.
