I am a passionate believer in fighting for the rights of the elderly and vulnerable members of society which has lead me to develop my specialism in this area. I advise the elderly (or not) and vulnerable on a whole range of subjects from powers of attorney, wills, capacity and Court of Protection to benefits, care charges and continuing care, and everything in between.

Every one of my clients is an individual and I treat them as such, whether it is sending a card on their birthday, ensuring they have presents if they are alone at Christmas, or simply making them feel as if they matter. My clients know me for my caring bedside manner and patience, not to mention the specialist knowledge I have gained in support stockings!

I am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a student member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners. I am also a personal member of Headway the brain injury association.

Over the years I seem to have developed an addiction for studying. I qualified as a legal executive in 2006 following a home study course and am now doing the same to gain my law degree, with the hope that I have enough energy left to qualify as a solicitor before I am 40!
