Simon has developed a deep interest in advising farmers, stemming from a strong interest in preserving and highlighting the importance of the rural community.
Simon is a trustee of more than one hundred trusts and acts as adviser to families and their private trusts. He also acts as attorney, executor and court appointed deputy for several hundred clients. He is a trustee of numerous private charities and legal adviser to the Corps of Royal Engineers.
Simon’s approach is to look at the long term interests of his clients and provide arrangements that are not purely tax driven, but rather centred on the people themselves.
Away from the office Simon is Rear Commodore of the Association of Dunkirk Little Ships.
