After the LPC, actually starting your training contract is a little daunting. But you quickly realise that your opinion is taken seriously by experienced fee-earners. I feel like an appreciated part of the team and have quickly realised that trainees are not kept away from more important work. We are in regular contact with clients and other solicitors - and this is encouraged by the supervising partners.
