What are we looking for?

We want trainees who are intelligent, client orientated, commercially minded, ambitious and keen to move forward with the firm into an exciting future. You will be based and trained at our Maidstone offices and given early responsibility with direct client involvement. Whilst we have high expectations, we will also look to ensure that Brachers is the right firm for you. The vast majority of trainees remain at the firm upon qualification and a number of the present Partners trained with Brachers.
