Our specialist Employment & HR team is one of the largest dedicated employment teams in the South East. We are primarily based in Maidstone, Kent but also have office facilities in London.
We focus on nurturing strong client relationships in order to fully understand how our clients’ businesses operate to ensure we deliver responsive proactive advice. We like to be seen as an extension of our client’s personnel/HR department.
For those clients who do not have an HR department we are often used as their first port of call for HR and employment related issues

We provide a dedicated helpline to our clients which means the range of issues on which we advise is extremely diverse.
Share our knowledge
At all times we seek to empower our clients and regularly share our knowledge, not just by training but also with bulletins and newsletters. After any tribunal claim or employment issue we provide a construction critique with learning points for the future.
There are many organisations offering “employment law” advice. However we are recognised specialists and qualified lawyers who work with you to provide a solution for your business. Our aim is to provide advice which is at all times proactive, practical, responsive and commercial.

Our clients
We act for a diverse range of employers which include large multi-national companies, small to medium enterprises, owner managed business, schools, colleges, further education institutions, charities, care homes, NHS Trusts and other public bodies.
We are appointed to the NHS South East Coast Collaborative Procurement Hub in relation to the procurement of legal services to the NHS.
