All our solicitors are members of Resolution, the national family law group committed to resolving disputes without unnecessary acrimony. Where possible we try to help our clients to resolve their disputes by agreement. Failing this then we are experienced in the traditional court approach and we are also able to offer collaborative law and mediation as an alternative method of working out a settlement.
Our main offices are situated in Maidstone but we have (serviced) offices in London where we can meet with clients. We have clients throughout the country as well as abroad although the majority of our clients are based in Kent, the South East and London.
