We can assist you in obtaining the EPC which is now required for every property rented out and advice on other certification such as the Gas Safety certificate for all gas appliances.
We can help with your lender’s requirements - don’t forget a lender will want to know whether a property is being let out and you should also ensure your buildings insurance arrangements cover the situation where a property is let to tenants.
