      Antonio Fletcher, Partner, Brachers

      Antonio joined Brachers in May 2017 having acquired 10 years’ prior experience as an employment law specialist.

      He has a particular interest in the education sector and supports clients with third party complaints, admission appeals and other matters of education law in addition to providing them with support with employment law, HR and data protection.

      Antonio has acted on a broad range of contentious matters in both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and has been representing employers in employment tribunal claims since 2007. These have included multi-party claims and claims linked to wider shareholder and board-level disputes and have covered a full range of employment-related claims including equal pay, victimisation, harassment and discrimination.

      Louise Brenlund, Senior Associate, Brachers
      Louise advises on all aspects of employment law, mainly acting for employers but also taking on complex, high-value employee claims work.

      Louise has a keen interest in the education sector and is part of the firm’s education sector group as well as outside of work sitting as a Governor for the Waterfront UTC.

      She is also an active member of the local business community and contributes through her work as Vice-Chair of the Steering Group of the Rochester Business Guild and works closely with Mid-Kent CIPD to provide employment law seminars and webinars.
