• As workplaces return to a new ‘normal’, many employers are seeing a growing number of complaints from employees, which are often detailed and complicated.

It is essential that grievances are dealt with in the right way. If not handled properly and a tribunal claim is issued, this may give rise to an uplift of up to 25% compensation.

In this webinar, delivered by our employment law specialists in partnership with Mid Kent CIPD, we will provide a refresher covering fair and effective handling of employee grievances. We will also discuss the key problem areas arising from grievances and provide guidance on how to handle these.

In the one-hour session, the speakers will address:

      • Grievance procedures and the importance of fair and effective handling
      • Initial steps – identifying the grievance and informal resolution
      • Effective investigations
      • Dealing with a formal grievance
      • Key issues arising from grievances and how to handle them
