This webinar, in partnership with Mid Kent CIPD, focuses on the measures required to return employees safely to the workplace, re-introducing staff to the workplace, the difficulties that employers may face and tips on dealing with this.
The webinar focuses on:
• Employers’ obligations such as social distancing, workplace safety and data privacy
• Deciding who can and cannot be in work
• Dealing with employees in different scenarios, including refusal to return
• Considering contractual or policy changes you might want to implement
Louise Brenlund, Senior Associate – Employment
Louise qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and joined Brachers in 2010. She has worked with specialist sectors including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, education and healthcare and regularly provides external training. Louise advises on all aspects of employment law, mainly acting for employers but also taking on complex, high-value employee claims work.
Sarah Wimsett, Solicitor – Employment
Sarah joined Brachers as a trainee in 2014 and qualified into the Employment team in September 2016. Sarah advises on a number of non-contentious matters such as negotiating settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures and advising on day to day workplace issues. Sarah also has experience dealing with contentious matters in an employment tribunal, including acting for claimants and respondents in unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. She has a particular interest in employment tribunal work and it forms a regular part of her workload.
This webinar is essential for all HR manager and practitioners, business owners and managers involved in staffing issues.
