    How long have you worked at Brachers?

    I have been at Brachers for 16 years, joining in 2004 from local law firm Cripps.

    What made you get into law?

    I saw it as a challenging and interesting career with opportunity to help people solve their problems and achieve their goals, whether business or personal.

    What advice would you give to your younger self?

    Things don’t always go to plan, rather than dwell on it embrace the challenge and use it as an opportunity to learn. Don’t be afraid to speak up and express an opinion.

    What’s been the top highlight of your career so far?

    Being promoted to partner, closely followed by being asked to lead the agricultural and rural sector at Brachers following the retirement of a formidable colleague.
