Brachers advises leading local medical practice on £2.5 million lease

Brachers has recently completed a deal for a leading local medical practice Bower Mount in taking up a long lease of extensively refurbished premises.

The Commercial Property team acted for the medical practice on the vacation of their former premises and negotiated a 20 year underlease on a 3PD scheme with an on site pharmacy worth approximately £2.5 million. The medical practice now operates from their new location at Bower Mount Road which opened in April 2014.

Brachers’ success in this transaction comes only months after the firm won the prestigious KCFA Deal of the Year award.
