• Brachers has recognised the achievements of its staff with various promotions across the firm, including one new partner.

    The firm, which has offices in Maidstone and Canterbury, has shown its commitment to supporting staff to develop in their career with 12 promotions in total.

    Lacie Kerner in Commercial Litigation has been promoted to Partner and Paul Abdey in Commercial Litigation has been promoted to Senior Associate. Two lawyers have been promoted to Associate; Alistair Wickham in Corporate and Sarah Linnett in Family.

    Three members of staff in Wills, Trust and Probate have also been promoted: Michael Cressey to Court of Protection Manager and Chloe Croft and Jemma Morrison to Paralegals. There have also been three promotions in Debt Recovery; Wendy Phillips to Customer Executive Supervisor, Oliver Crouch to Insolvency Executive and Grace Terrell to Finance Officer.

    In the Marketing team, Laura Webb has been promoted to Internal Communications Manager and Chloe Whittaker has been promoted to Senior Marketing Executive.
