Brachers Private Client team moves up in Chambers High Net Worth rankings for 2021

Brachers has moved up to a Band 2 ranking in the recent Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2021.

Chambers High Net Worth ranks the top lawyers and law firms for international private wealth. The highly regarded guide also recommends leading accountancy firms, private banks, wealth managers, trust companies and other professional advisers to clients around the world.

The rankings are based on client testimonial and references and provide an objective endorsement of a firm’s expertise, approach and service delivery. As a firm Brachers is described as being “responsive and extremely helpful” as well as “detailed and considerate” and has been praised for its client service.

Partner and Head of Private Client Christopher Eriksson-Lee remains the only lawyer ranked in Band 1 of the individual rankings by the legal directory. As part of the process, Chambers interviews clients and business associates of the lawyers, and Christopher was described as having “the personal touch”  while one referee noted: “He has a detailed understanding of the law but applies it practically and simply for clients.”

Private Client Partner Alexandra Gordon has retained her Band 3 individual ranking. Alexandra was described as “efficient and professional” and “very good all round.” Another referee said: “She is highly professional and demonstrates a great deal of expertise in her field. She is lovely with clients.”

As well being recognised for her expertise by Chambers, Alexandra is one of only five lawyers from across the globe to have been shortlisted in the Trusted Advisor of the Year category at the STEP Private Client Awards 2021. Recognition from STEP is one of the highest accolades for a private client lawyer, with the Trusted Advisor award acknowledging an outstanding individual who services private clients and is an expert in their field.
