    Christopher Eriksson-Lee, Partner, Brachers LLP
    Christopher is a Partner and head of the firm’s Private Client team. He advises a diverse range of clients including business owners and those with landed estates on succession planning, the preparation of wills, estate and tax planning, trust creation, powers of attorney and the administration of trusts and estates.Christopher is also a director of Brachers Trust Corporation Ltd, which provides the firm’s professional executor/trustee/attorney and deputy service.

    Antonio Fletcher, Partner, Brachers LLP
    Antonio is part of the charity sector team at Brachers and acts for a number of charities. He has significant experience in advising on all aspects of employment law including on employee transfers, restructures and redundancy exercises. In recent months much of his time has been spent advising clients on all aspects of furlough leave.

    Michele Baxter, Community Fundraising Manager, NSPCC
    Michele is an experienced fundraising manager with 21 years’ experience in the third sector. She has worked as Fundraising Manager in the London and South East Region of the NSPCC since 2002. Alongside this role, Michele is a trained volunteer Childline counsellor, which is a life changing NSPCC service.

    Alex Ffrench FCCA DChA, Not for Profit and Corporate Services Director, Williams Giles
    Alex heads up the firm’s Not for Profit department specialising in providing services to not for profit and corporate services. He has been awarded the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’ Diploma in Charity Accounting and is a registered interim manager with the Charity Commission. Alex has extensive experience in working with academies, charities, independent schools, and Housing Associations, providing a range of services including statutory audit, internal audit, risk management and financial reporting.
