We recently acted in the personal injury claim of Mr J from Rochester, Kent following an accident at work.
Whilst lifting a large wooden pallet it broke into pieces because the wood had turned rotten causing a severe laceration to his finger which severed the tendon. He required an operation but was still left some residual stiffness.
We argued a clear breach of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations and the personal injury claim settled in the sum of £5,675.75.
The Client rated our service ‘Excellent’ and was ‘very satisfied’ with the outcome. He commented that the lawyer handling his personal injury claim ‘put his mind at ease’ and was ‘a joy to deal with’.
