Mei-Ling McNab, Partner in the Family team at Brachers took part in a live interview on BBC Radio Kent with Lembit Opik to discuss whether or not the grass was always greener on the other side, when wanting to get married.
On the basis of a recent survey showing that 50% of couples who get married enter the marriage with some trepidation the interview explores the benefit of pre-nuptial agreements, whether or not a divorce has to be acrimonious and expensive and the recommendation by family law specialists of having a no fault divorce system.
