The new data protection regulations apply from the 25th May 2018 and whether you’re a large business, small organisation or one man band, if you hold data on your customers, you need to ensure you’re secure and compliant.
Through our team of experts we have created GDPR packages tailored to the needs of your business. Get in touch and we can help identify what you need in order to meet the new legislation. Whether it’s a full business review or simply guidance on how to template a policy – we can help.
GDPR Audits
We have two audit packages available dependent on your needs:
Strategic Risk Audit
An assessment of your current data protection arrangements and whether these meet the new obligations. You’ll be provided with a traffic light report based on the findings, giving you recommendations for remedial action.
Structured Audit
An on-site review to look at your current arrangements and support the mapping of existing data processes. We will discuss the ways in which you hold, use and retain personal information followed by specific recommendations to comply.
GDPR Template Documents
Adaptable for your organisation, these templates are designed to reflect your individual arrangements.
Including:
- Privacy notice for use with employees
- Data Privacy Impact Assessment
- Data Protection Policy
- IT Policy
- Data Retention Policy
- Clause for use in employment contracts
Alternatively tailored policies and procedures can be produced to meet your specific needs.
GDPR Training
Staff training is a key element of compliant processes under GDPR. Technology can offer you the tools to store personal information but it’s your people that determine its success. We have three training packages available:
Half day course
For senior personnel on-site. Up to 20 attendees.
Two hour on-site overview
On-site. Up to 15 attendees.
