• A junior solicitor in Brachers’ Private Client team has been shortlisted for Young Practitioner of the Year at the STEP Private Client Awards.

Amy Lane, who joined Brachers as a trainee and qualified in 2016, is one of only six young professionals from across the globe recognised as an up and coming practitioner within the private client industry in the prestigious, international awards.

Finalists were chosen on the basis of their overall expertise and how they stand out from other young practitioners, as well as on their sensitivity to clients’ needs, their commitment to their continuing professional development and examples of how they were already making a significant contribution. Winners will be announced at a black tie dinner on 7 November 2018.

STEP is a worldwide association for professionals advising families across the generations. The annual awards recognise both firms and individuals delivering an outstanding service to their clients and acting as ambassadors for excellence in their profession.

Christopher Eriksson-Lee, Head of Private Client, said:

This nomination reflects Amy’s dedication to her clients and her commitment to excellence in her work. We are delighted that she has received this recognition and wish her the best of luck on the night.
