Minding what matters: Mindfulness for busy professionals

The practice of mindfulness is over 2,000 years old but has now become so mainstream that it is being widely taught in schools, prisons and the workplace.

What is it and how can it help busy professionals in the modern world?

At this workshop event we will learn the answers to these questions and experience a taster session for ourselves, followed by a buffet lunch over which we will have the opportunity to share our experiences and network with like-minded professionals.

About the speaker

Shirley Moore is an Executive Coach and Psychotherapist at Moore Vocation and was until recently a Partner and Head of Commercial Services at Brachers. She works with professionals to help them bring more of their authentic selves to their roles and so develop both resilience and their own unique leadership style.
