There is no doubt that the new General Data Protection Regulations will be the biggest change in data protection law for 20 years. The date for businesses to comply with GDPR is fast approaching and 25 May 2018 will soon be upon us.
With fines of up to €20 million (or 4% of turnover) for infringements of the new regulations you will want to make sure that your organisation has everything in place to be fully compliant.
At Brachers we aim to take the stress and strain out of the work you need to do to achieve compliance leaving you to spend your valuable time on what is really important to driving your organisation forward. Our team of data protection experts have built an in-depth understanding of GDPR and can offer you guidance on how to take a proactive approach to these far reaching changes.
Whilst our experts would be happy to offer you fully tailored advice on GDPR strategy, processes and documentation, with costs based on the extent of your needs, we are also pleased to bring you our ‘GDPR Documents Pack’. This is a suite of ready made template documents which can easily be adapted to your organisation’s requirements. These documents will save you time and ensure you are operating in compliance with the new regulations right from the start. Even better news - our GDPR preparation pack is available at a cost effective fixed price.

The Brachers’ GDPR preparation pack has been prepared based on the wording of the current published version of the General Data Protection Regulations. We are mindful that, at this point, the new Data Protection Act is still making its way through Parliament. It is possible that minor changes could be introduced to the final draft of the Act. Should this occur and result in the need to amend any of the documents contained in the Pack updated versions will be circulated to all those that have made a purchase.
In addition, our Commercial team can review and update data protection policies, add draft and/or update data protection provisions in your contracts and put in place contractual arrangements with data processors. For costings or for further information please contact Erol Huseyin.
