The Brachers’ GDPR preparation pack has been prepared based on the wording of the current published version of the General Data Protection Regulations. We are mindful that, at this point, the new Data Protection Act is still making its way through Parliament. It is possible that minor changes could be introduced to the final draft of the Act. Should this occur and result in the need to amend any of the documents contained in the Pack updated versions will be circulated to all those that have made a purchase.
