Brachers shortlisted for Kent CIPD employee engagement award
Brachers is on the shortlist for the Employee Engagement Initiative award at the Kent CIPD HR awards this month.
The firm’s initiative to drive up employee engagement through developing more nuanced services based on what clients really value has put it on the shortlist at the annual awards of the Kent branch of the CIPD – the professional body for HR and people development. The not-for-profit organisation has been setting the benchmark for excellence in people and organisation development for over 100 years.
Brachers’ shortlisting is based on our ‘With You All The Way’ campaign, linking a researched understanding of what clients really value, with an evidence-based insight into what drives employee behaviours. Client care was refocused on delivering a bespoke approach to different clients’ needs and listening to client feedback to achieve better client satisfaction scores and retention. Staff behaviours became more tightly aligned to business strategy.
Joanna Worby, Managing Partner, said:
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for this award. The CIPD’s name speaks for itself so to be in the running for best employee engagement initiative is very encouraging. We are very proud of our With You All The Way campaign, which has enabled us to really focus on both employee engagement and client service. We are looking forward to the awards night later on in March, which I am sure will be a great occasion.”
