Employment team successfully retain contract with NHS Trust
Brachers’ Employment team has successfully retained their contract to provide employment law services to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, after a competitive tendering process.
The team, who have acted as employment law advisers to the Trust since 2003, will continue to deliver legal support for another three years. The contract was awarded after a competitive tendering process where submissions were scored on both quality and price.
Catherine Daw, Head of Employment at Brachers, said:
“We are very pleased to be able to continue to work with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and to have been successful via the competitive tendering process. The firm has a long history of providing advice to healthcare clients and continues to strive to achieve both successful outcomes and to work in a way which supports the need to offer excellent value for money.”
Richard Hayden, Director of Workforce at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, said
“I am delighted that the Trust will continue to work with Brachers for our employment law requirements for the next three years. Brachers have worked with the Trust for a number of years and have continued to understand the importance of providing first class legal advice at competitive rates whilst maintaining an outstanding client relationship.”
