Employment Tribunal Claims
It is estimated the introduction of employment tribunal fees caused claims to fall by 70%.
Fees have now been abolished and most commentators expect the number of claims being issued to increase in 2018 and beyond. Even the most diligent and responsible employers can end up on the receiving end of a tribunal claim.
The frustration is often made worse by the fact that legal costs are rarely recoverable within a tribunal claim, even for a vindicated and successful employer.
Dealing with a tribunal claim can be a considerable cause of concern, distraction and cost for an employer. This is often exacerbated by a lack of transparency, communication and commerciality in the way a claim is handled by legal advisors.
At Brachers we have developed a range of service delivery and pricing options to assist employers facing a tribunal claim. Our approach, coupled to our experience and expertise, is designed to give you control, transparency and cost effective commercial choices.
