Joseph is a Solicitor in Brachers’ Corporate and Commercial team.

Profile:

Joseph is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team, having joined as a trainee in October 2021.

Prior to joining, Joseph studied Law at the University of Portsmouth, before going on to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law.

Joseph has experience dealing with:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Shareholder arrangements
- GP partnership agreements
- General corporate matters
Joseph is based at our Maidstone office.
Recent Cases:
- Assisted the Corporate team when advising the shareholders of Element3 on its strategic acquisition by Vision PLC, a national provider of managed print and document services.
- Assisted the Corporate team when advising BN Care Group on the successful acquisition of a new care home, Barton Place.
