Matthew Gibbs

Profile:

Prior to joining Brachers in April 2022, Matthew worked as a corporate, commercial and projects lawyer for several international law firms and companies in the UK and the Middle East. Matthew’s most recent role was working for GB’s electricity and gas regulator, Ofgem.

Matthew has a particular interest in energy projects (with an emphasis on clean energy), having advised on projects covering most energy technologies. Matthew’s clients have included utilities, developers, corporates, government entities and investors (including private equity houses and infrastructure funds).

Matthew is based at our Maidstone office.
